Treatment Philosophy
I am deeply committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where every person, regardless of their background, identity, or life journey, is valued and respected. The therapeutic space is a place where you are invited to show up as your authentic self. I strongly believe in the transformative power of attuning to your own unique story. So often it is our goodness that ends up getting harmed within our stories. Our life experiences can be complex, and can affect our overall well-being whether it's experiences of trauma, family issues, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression or other areas of challenge. The therapeutic space offers us the opportunity to reclaim our goodness within our stories of harm, and to honor the resilience required to navigate these experiences.

Approach to Therapy
My approach focuses on building an authentic therapeutic relationship that is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and openness. I believe that by confronting our stories and experiences of harm, we not only find healing but also the strength to embrace the full beauty of who we are. It's my conviction that through this process, we can reclaim the goodness within us that may have been wounded along the way.
If you are interested in stepping into a journey towards self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, I invite you to join me in this therapeutic space. Together, we can uncover the strength and resilience that resides within you, paving the way for a more empowered, authentic, and fulfilling life.
