Treatment Philosophy

Grounded in respect, empathy, and care, I deeply value the opportunity to connect with clients and honor their unique journeys. I aim to create a supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, expand on self-understanding, and transform insights into growth. Walking alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves and others is both a privilege and a passion.

As a bilingual counselor, I value cultural humility and recognize that our personal identities and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world. I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring the richness of their cultural backgrounds, identities, and stories, while also creating an affirming space. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on supporting clients as they navigate emotional and relational challenges through greater awareness, compassion, and balance.

I want to recognize that many of us come from backgrounds where therapy wasn’t always encouraged or understood. Taking this step can feel both intimidating and meaningful, and I want to honor the courage it takes to begin. My hope is that from our work together you will feel empowered to rediscover your strengths, build on your resilience, and move toward a life rooted in clarity and connection.

Approach to Therapy

I take a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection. I believe healing begins within a trusting relationship where all emotions are welcomed and explored with compassion. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your self-awareness, and build the tools to feel grounded and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your authentic self in a space where growth and healing feel possible.
